| Initiation Ceremony in Almay city, Kazakhstan. (Conversion into Zoroastrianism) Report in Persian... Gozaresh be zabane Parsi: http://www.bozorgbazgasht.com/sedreh-pooshi-almaty.doc Anjuman-e Bozorg Bazgasht (Zoroastrian Association of Norway-Det Norske Zoroastriske Trosamfunn) and Zoroastrian Community of Sweden joined together once again to make a new historical event in the world of Zoroastrianisim in Almaty former capital city of Republic of Kazakhstan in central Asia. A group of New Behdins travelled all the way from Tashkent, the capital city of Republic of Uzbekistan (700 kilometers away from Almaty) to Almaty to attend a group Sedreh Pooshi (Navjote) -initiation ceremoney- to become followers of Asho Zarathushtra. Iranian citizens participated in this cremoney too.They had travelled from Iran to Kazakhstan to revert to their roots and become formally Zartoshti. The ceremoney took place at The Regent Ankara Hotel on Monday 7th of August 2006. Three days earlier on Friday 4th of August we held another group Sedreh Pooshi in Oslo, the capital city of Norway where a group of Iranian New Behdins from Austria and Norway joined Zarathushti Religion.
